What’s better than a refreshing strawberry smoothie on a blazing hot day? Now personally, I like to make it thiccc like a strawberry milkshake, but you’re in charge of how many c’s thicc you wanna go. I’m not here to judge 🤷♂️
Ingredients:
½-1 cup (120-240g) milk of choice or water (depending on how thick you want it)
90g ice
80g frozen banana
30g strawberry protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp organic beet powder, optional (for the vibrant color)
2-3 tsp sweetener of choice, optional (if ya like it pretty sweet)
1 tbsp organic flax or chia seeds, optional
Instructions:
1. Add the frozen banana, ice, and milk to a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until combined
2. Add all of the other ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy
3. Pour into your favorite glass or bowl and enjoy!
