Crunchy Peanut Butter Granola



Crunchy, sweet, salty, peanut-buttery….what more could you ask of a granola recipe? This recipe packs both great flavor and nutrition, leaving you with a happy stomach and happy tastebuds 😉 Give this versatile recipe a go sometime!


Ingredients:

2 ½ cups (225g) @onedegreeorganics organic oats

½ cup (120g) @onceagainnutbutter organic peanut butter

¼ cup (84g) pure maple syrup (can sub raw honey) @coombsmaple

¼ cup (56g) organic coconut oil, melted (can sub avocado oil) @thrivemarket

2 tbsp (14g) ground flax seeds @bobsredmill

2 tbsp (14g) ground chia seeds @bobsredmill

1 tbsp (12g) allulose, monk fruit, or stevia (optional)

1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract

¾ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp unrefined salt


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat

2. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined

3. Dump the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes

4. Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool completely (in the fridge or at room temperature). Once completely cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container for up to a month, or freeze for up to 3 months! Enjoy!
