A classic side dish for your BBQ or a great topping for a hot dog, this coleslaw is creamy, tangy, and absolutely delicious. Give this one a go the next time you’re grillin’ and chillin’ 🍗🔥
Ingredients:
1 (12oz) bag organic coleslaw mix
2/3 cup (160g) avocado oil mayo
3 tbsp allulose or monk fruit (can sub coconut or date sugar)
1 ½ tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
¾ tsp unrefined salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp celery seeds
½ tsp ground mustard (optional)
Instructions:
Place the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl
Combine the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and celery seeds in a small bowl
Pour the mixture over top of the shredded cabbage. Mix well and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
Remove the coleslaw from the fridge, serve, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days!
