Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats



I know it’s not fall yet so don’t hate me, but why not add a fall twist to your overnight oats? Who knows, you just might have a new go-to breakfast after trying this one 🤷‍♂️


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (50g) organic rolled oats @onedegreeorganics

3/4 cup (180ml) milk of choice @malkorganics

1/4 cup (56g) yogurt of choice (optional) @siggisdairy

¼ cup (60g) pure pumpkin puree @libbyspumpkin

20g collagen peptides or protein powder (optional)

1 tbsp organic chia seeds (can sub ground flaxseed) @terrasoul

1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub raw honey, coconut/date/maple sugar, or sweetener of choice) @runamokmaple

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp unrefined salt
