Sometimes you just need something sweet and refreshing on a hot sunny day 😎 This smoothie has quickly become one of my favorites and can be a perfect low-calorie treat! The blue color is totally optional if you can’t get blue spirulina, but I think it just adds to the eating experience 🤪
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (120g) milk of choice or water @malkorganics
90g ice
80g frozen banana
10g collagen peptides
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)
1/4 tsp blue spirulina (optional) @terrasoul
Instructions:
1. Add the frozen banana, ice, and milk to a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until combined
2. Add all of the other ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy
3. Pour into your favorite glass or bowl and enjoy!
