Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
1 can @thrivemarket full fat coconut milk (13.5oz)
¾ cup water (6oz)
1 ½ cups @terrasoul organic rolled oats (150g)
30g @terrasoul organic flax/chia seeds (I used 15g each)
30g @drinkorgain simple vanilla protein (can use any vanilla, Berry, or unflavored protein powder)
15g honey or maple syrup
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp @redmondrealsalt
Mix-ins:
150g berries of choice (I used 50g @wymansfruit wild blueberries and 100g @simpletruth4u organic strawberries)
Instructions:
1. Mix all overnight oat base ingredients and allow to chill in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 3-4 hours
2. Remove the overnight oat base from the fridge, add your mix-ins, and enjoy!
