Craving a little snack late at night? Struggling to relax and get a good night’s sleep recently? These sleep gummies are super low in calories and are made using herbal tea with ingredients proven to support healthy sleep! Plus they’re super easy to make 🙌 Give these fellas a try!

Ingredients:

4 bags @pukkaherbs nighttime herbal tea (Sleep, calm, and relaxation blends work well, just check for no additives or “natural flavors”)

8oz (1 cup) boiling water

3 tbsp (36g) @thrivemarket grass-fed gelatin

1 tbsp @lakanto monk fruit or stevia (can sub coconut or cane sugar if needed)

Optional: 1 tsp whole food powder, for color (acai, strawberry, spirulina, dragonfruit, maqui, blue spirulina, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Bring the cup of water to a boil and remove from heat

2. Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 7-10 minutes

3. Remove the tea bags and pour the tea into a small saucepan over medium-low heat

4. Whisk the gelatin, sweetener, and natural food coloring powder (if using) into the tea. Continue to stir the mixture until the liquid is thin and there are no clumps

5. Pour the mixture into your silicone mold of choice (or a glass dish)

6. Place filled mold/dish into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or freezer for 15 minutes)

7. Remove the gummies from the mold/dish. Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months!
