Green Smoothie Bowl



Looking for a delicious breakfast packed with all sorts of nutrients? This green smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day off on the right foot! 🦶


Ingredients:


Smoothie base:

1/3 cup milk of choice (or water)

100g frozen banana

100g ice

½ medium (60g) avocado (can sub 60g more frozen banana)

1 tbsp (10g) @terrasoul chia or flax seeds

½ tsp @terrasoul chlorella or spirulina powder

½ tsp vanilla extract

25g protein powder of choice (optional)

1/2 cup (15g) fresh spinach (optional)


Toppings:

¼ cup (35g) @wymansfruit wild blueberries

3 tablespoons (15g) @terrasoul unsweetened shredded coconut

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced


Instructions:

1. Blend all smoothie base ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender (I like to blend the frozen and/or chunky ingredients, as well as any liquids, first)

2. Once mostly combined, add in the remaining ingredients, such as powders, sweeteners, or other light ingredients

3. Transfer the smoothie mixture to a bowl and add your favorite toppings!

4. Enjoy!
