Grass-Fed Double Cheeseburger

Over the course of many MANY burger cooks, I’ve come to realize what really matters when making a great burger. The fat content of the meat, the seasoning, the cheese, the bun, it all matters (imagine that, considering it is a cheeseburger after all 😂). But if you can manage to nail it all, let me just tell you, you’ll be in for a TREAT!

Ingredients:

1/2lb 100% grass-fed ground beef (ideally about 80% lean)

Bun of choice (I’m a sucker for Martin’s potato rolls)

2 slices @horizonorganic American cheese

Pickle slices of choice

Shredded lettuce

Homemade burger sauce:

1 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayo

2 tsp @primalkitchenfoods ketchup

1.5 tsp yellow mustard

1.5 tsp sweet relish (optional)

Pinch of unrefined salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
