Edible Cookie Dough (Gluten-Free)

If you love cookie dough as much as I do, then today is your lucky day 😜 This version is gluten-free, low in sugar, and high in protein! Name a better way to get your snack on, I’ll wait... 😉

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (72g) gluten-free all-purpose flour

¼ cup (30g) protein powder of choice (I used vanilla)

3 tbsp (42g) grass-fed butter, softened

1/8 cup (30g) pure maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon unrefined salt

1/8 cup (30g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Add the flour to an oven-safe bowl or baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes at 350°F (can instead add to a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes). Do not allow the flour to get brown

2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients besides the flour and chocolate chips. Stir until thoroughly combined

3. Next, add in your flour and stir to incorporate

4. Finally, fold your chocolate chips into the dough

5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week!
