Ingredients:

2 cups organic oats

1/4 cup organic flaxseed meal

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/6 cup organic coconut oil, melted

1/6 cup pure maple syrup

1 tbsp allulose, monk fruit, or stevia

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp unrefined salt

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat

2. Add all the ingredients (besides the chocolate chunks) to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined

3. Dump the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through

4. Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool completely (in the fridge or at room temperature). Once completely cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container for up to a month, or freeze for up to 3 months! Enjoy!
