Ingredients:
150-200g water or milk of choice
80g ice
75g frozen banana
50g frozen spinach, optional
30g protein of choice @foursigmatic
15g raw cacao powder @navitasorganics
12g organic flax or chia seeds @navitasorganics
12g sweetener of choice
5g organic greens powder, optional
3g prebiotic fiber, optional
Instructions:
1. Add the frozen banana, ice, and milk to a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until combined
2. Add all of the other ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy
3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
