Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Let’s be honest for a second... who doesn’t enjoy a skillet cookie from time to time? (or more often, no judgement 😉) With only 308 calories and 12g of protein in 1/4 of the skillet cookie (INCLUDING all toppings), this cookie is a winner 🏆

Ingredients:

Cookie dough:

3 tbsp @kerrygoldusa butter, melted

1 tbsp @traderjoes coconut sugar

1 tbsp maple syrup

8g @lakanto monk fruit (can sub stevia or more sugar)

1 @vitalfarms egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

30g @vitalproteins collagen peptides

55g @onedegreeorganics sprouted whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

60g @traderjoes 72% dark chocolate chips (can sub any chocolate chips you have)

Toppings:

36g @so_delicious cocowhip (can sub another whipped topping or ice cream)

5g @terrasoul organic cacao nibs

Drizzle of @hersheys sugar free syrup

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Combine all cookie dough ingredients (besides chocolate chips) and combine using a mixer or food processor

3. Once the dough is mixed thoroughly, fold in about half your chocolate chips

4. Pour dough into an 8 or 10-inch cast iron skillet and top with the remaining chocolate chips

5. Bake the cookie at 350F for about 18-20min, until golden brown

6. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
