Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl


This dairy-free smoothie bowl has 15g of protein and under 450 calories for the entire bowl, including toppings! If you’re looking for something sweet (but still filling) in the morning, you can whip this up in just a few minutes! Feel free to sub the blueberries with any other kind of berry you might have on hand 👌


Ingredients:


Smoothie bowl base:

100g banana, frozen

100g ice

60g @wymansfruit frozen wild blueberries

~50g water (can use milk instead)

8g chia, flax, or hemp seeds (I used @terrasoul organic chia seeds)

10g @vitalproteins collagen peptides


Toppings:

15g @terrasoul organic shredded coconut

20g @wymansfruit frozen wild blueberries

20g thinly-sliced banana

20g granola (I used @lovecrunchorganic Double Chocolate Chunk granola)


Instructions:

  1. Add all smoothie bowl base ingredients into a high-power blender or food processor. Blend until thick and thoroughly combined

  2. Add mixture to a medium-sized bowl and add your toppings

  3. Enjoy!
