Air-Fried Fish (Gluten-Free)

Even if you’re not a seafood fan, I bet you’ll enjoy some air-fried fish with your favorite dipping sauce 😋 Made with ethically-sourced wild-caught fish and other wholesome ingredients you can enjoy a great meal and feel good about it too :)

Ingredients:

1lb wild-caught cod or haddock, thawed

1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs of choice (I like @porkpanko)

1 pasture-raised egg, whisked

1 ½ tsp unrefined salt

1 ½ tsp sweetener of choice

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Avocado or olive oil, for coating

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 370F

2. Place the whisked egg and breadcrumbs/seasonings in separate bowls

3. Dry off the fish on all sides. Dredge the fish in the egg (dripping off any excess, then into breadcrumb/seasoning mixture

4. Once coated, spray/coat the exterior with oil on all sides

5. Place your fish into the air fryer for about 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked to about 140F

6. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
