Frozen Strawberry Margarita



With summer just around the corner, you can’t help but think about frozen margaritas 🤪 But you probably don’t want your margarita to be a sugar bomb, that way you can have more than one if you want 😉 This low-sugar and low-calorie margarita is a great way to kick back and enjoy the sun 🏖☀️


Ingredients:

150g @simpletruth4u organic frozen strawberries

50g ice

75g (2.5oz) tequila (or 50g tequila and 25g triple sec)

50g @so_delicious unsweetened coconut milk (can sub water)

30g lime juice (can sub lemon or orange juice)

5g stevia, monk fruit, or cane sugar (for additional sweetness)

Salt (for salt rim, optional)


Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients besides salt into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed until thoroughly combined

2. Add salt to the rim of your glass and then add your margarita mixture

3. Garnish and enjoy!
